Attaching ourselves to your roof will not cause any damage to any part of your roofs surface,
Tile roofs we need to slip 1 tile back to attach ourselves to your rafters with a lanyard strap (no fixing or screwing needed)
With tin roofs we have metal straps that attach to your ridge capping safely (see picture below)

Pre Treatment On Painted Tiles >

Concrete Roofs are much harder to clean than tin roofs because of the mould and dirt growing and living on the tiles surface, We pretreat your tiles with a chemical solution to kill any mould or lichen that is growing on your roofs surface. By pretreating the surface it make it easier for us to clean the roof without using too much high pressure, with a painted roof tile surface that is more than 10 years old the paint becomes oxidized so we need to pre chemical treat it first to loosen the grime stuck on the painted surface to make cleaning a little gentler.
